Joining the Esoteric Order of Dagon

The Esoteric Order of Dagon does not actively seek new members. Members are expected to seek us out, ask questions and ultimately decide whether or not to request membership.

Membership is subject to the approval of a Master of the Temple (Grand Master, a Lodge Master, or others of the XIII*) either through direct contact or better yet through the sponsorship of an active member of the Order.

All those who are seeking membership should send their request ideally to their nearest Lodge Master or the Grand Master himself should there be no lodges in their area. (Click here for a list of contacts). This request should include the following:

1. A brief introduction sharing a little about who they are and why they wish to join the order.
2. Samples of any mythos-inspired rituals, writing, artwork, dreams, etc. which they wish to share.
3. Those who know an active member of the Order who is willing to sponsor them should also have that member send in a letter of introduction.

The recipient of the membership request will take it from there and eventually make contact for further discussion or direct you to the proper person or group. An in-person interview may be requested at the discretion of the officer conducting the evaluation and every evaluation is as unique as the individual requesting membership.
